How To Use:

1. Apply the eyeliner from the center to the outer corner of the eyelid. 2. Repeat the line from the inner corner to the center of the eyelid. 3. Extend the line to create a comma at the outer corner of the eye and add a few dots above the eyelid for a unique look. 4. Complete the look with a Bourjois lengthening mascara to intensify the look.
